What has Senator Bernie Sanders said recently about AI?
Senator Bernie Sanders has aggressively ramped up his rhetoric and legislative agenda around AI ( artificial intelligence) . He views unchecked AI development as a threat to economic stability, democracy, and existential human safety. Recently, after Jacob Coxon quit Anthropic (see my other blog about that) the senator was out and about with publictry about Coxon's departure talking to journalists who were wondering what he thought about that. His recent statements and actions center on five main subjects: 1.
